Yofix Probiotics Ltd. develops and manufactures vegan & soy-free fermented plant-based prebiotic & probiotic foods.
The first products ready-to-market are plant-based yogurt alternatives which will be followed by yogurt alternative drinks, desserts, frozen yogurts alternatives, ice-cream base and many more.
The Yofix yogurt alternatives are already sold since July 2017 in a couple of stores in Israel.
Yofix completed a seed investment in August 2015 by TheKitchen Food Tech Hub of the Strauss Group and a Series A funding round of +/- $2M in September 2017 led by Strauss, and included U.S., U.K., and Israeli investors.

Steve Grun, CEO, Has over 20 years of experience in the Food industry and held various senior management positions in some of the leading food companies in Israel and Europe.
Steve holds a M.Sc and B.Sc in Business Engineering from the Solvay Management School of Brussels, Belgium.
Ronen Lavee, COO and founder, Has over 20 years of experience in the high tech industry in various positions such as operations and manufacturing.
Ronen holds a B.Sc in Agriculture & Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology; and a graduate of the Stef Wertheimer Entrepreneur’s College in the Galilee, Israel.
Oleg Kulyava - VP Operations, Has over 15 years of experience in operation of leading companies in the Food industry in Israel.
Oleg holds a B.A. in Industrial Management and Control specialization of information systems of the Sapir College, Israel and is a graduate of the directors program in business corporations.
Natalie Rumberg, Head of R&D and QA, has over 7 years of experience in the Food industry and held various positions as QA manager, R&D technologist and lab technician in leading food companies in Israel.
Natalie holds a B.Sc in food technology from the Tel-Hai Israeli academic college in Kiryat Shmona, Israel.
Jonathan Berger, CEO of TheKitchen Food Tech Hub. Jonathan possesses a unique combination of experience in Cleantech, Agtech and Foodtech investments. He also possesses vast experience in international business development and general management in the food industry and in high-tech. He Holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management and an MBA, both from Tel-Aviv University
Eli Itzkin, CEO of Strauss Dairies Israel. Eli has been with the Strauss Group for over 20 years. Among others he held following functions in the Group: CEO of Strauss Fresh Foods , Strauss Health Strategy director and Retail marketing director.
Amir Zaidman, Director of Business Development at TheKitchen Food Tech Hub. Amir has over a decade of business development experience in prominent early-stage investment organizations, including a VC fund and technology incubators. Prior to that, he held executive marketing & operations positions in the high-tech sector. Amir is a certified accountant (Israel) and a member of the Israeli Bar Association. He also holds an MBA from the executive program in the Hebrew University.
