Yofix Probiotics Ltd. develops and manufactures vegan & soy-free fermented plant-based prebiotic & probiotic foods.

The first products ready-to-market are plant-based yogurt alternatives which will be followed by yogurt alternative drinks, desserts, frozen yogurts alternatives, ice-cream base and many more.

Yofix completed a seed investment in August 2015 by TheKitchen Food Tech Hub of the Strauss Group and a Series A funding round of +/- $2M in September 2017 led by Strauss, and included U.S., U.K., and Israeli investors.

Dedicated Yofix production facility in Israel since 2018.

Steve Grun, CEO, Has over 20 years of experience in the Food industry and held various senior management positions in some of the leading food companies in Israel and Europe.

Steve holds a M.Sc and B.Sc in Business Engineering from the Solvay Management School of Brussels, Belgium.

Ronen Lavee, CTO and founder, Has over 20 years of experience in the high tech industry in various positions such as operations and manufacturing.

Ronen holds a B.Sc in Agriculture & Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of  Technology; and a graduate of the Stef Wertheimer Entrepreneur’s College in the Galilee, Israel.

Ohad Bruchel, COO. Ohad is the Chief Technology and Quality Manager at Tara, one of Israel leading Dairy companies and licensee of Muller. He has 20 years of experience in the Dairy Industry both at Tnuva and Tara.He worked abroad at Tnuva Romania and was responsible for the development of all Tnuva Romania’s dairy products. Ohad is Senior executive mastering different aspects (Operations, Quality, R&D, Technology), an all-around player that can be versatile in those different day-to-day aspects.

Jonas Garcia, Head of Global BD. He was International Sales Manager at the Japanese Fast-food chain ITSU in the UK. Has worked in different Food start-ups over the years (Coldpress, WOW, Mulebar) in Europe. Jonas has M.Sc. in Marketing, Brand and Business Development, Kedge Business School (France)/ B.Sc. Sports Management, Aix-Marseille Université Jonas is a Frenchman living in London. He speaks 3 different languages (English, French and Spanish).

Amir Levi, VP Marketing, specializes in building marketing and sales strategies, in Israel and abroad.

He previously served as VP Marketing and Business Development at Nestle Group. He is also a partner in Nestlé's international work teams in various fields and launches of brands around the world. Prior to that, he was Marketing Manager at Unilever. He holds a master's degree with honors in business administration from the Hebrew University.

Chanan Schneider – CEO Millennium Food-Tech

An entrepreneur, CEO, and experienced investor in Start-Ups. In the past Chanan founded, built and managed the Food-Tech incubator in Kiryat Shmona, partnering with Tempo, Tnuva, OurCrowd, and The U.S. VC Fund Finistere. Chanan founded IndaMed and managed companies such as Beta-O2, Nitiloop, and more, from establishment to market. In this context, Chanan raised significant investments both from Venture Capital Funds and strategic partners overseas. In addition, Chanan was a managing partner in the VC fund Agate.
